Our all-in turnaround time, from the moment we receive your electronic files until we deliver the final product to your door, is approximately 15 days. A typical schedule would work as follows:

PRE-PRESS (Total time: 1- 3 days)

Day 0: Client sends us the final design electronically
Day 1: Press proofs are sent to client via Fedex
Day 3: Customer receives and approves press-proof      

PRESS (Total time: 1 – 5 days)

Day 4: Order enters press. Printing at an average speed of 10,000 sheets per hour (160,000 A4 pages per hour), press time depends on the size of the job, but it is typically done fast.

POST-PRESS (Total time: 1-3 days)

Day 8: Finishing process starts, which include coating additions, folding, cutting, and binding. Depending on the complexity of the job, this process usually takes less than 3 days.

SHIPPING AND NATIONALIZATION (Total time: 4 days)

Day 11: Final job flies to the US in top-quality sealed pallets.
Day 12: Nationalization (customs) is done by us, and it usually takes less than 2 days.
Day 15: Final job is delivered to clients’ door.
